While in Japan, I have come to love sushi. I could eat it every day. Right out in town there are a few sushi go round restaurants. Basically they make the sushi fresh and put it on a little conveyor for you. You just take what you want right off the conveyor when it passes you by. You can also order what you like. Some of my favorites are "ebi" (Shrimp), maguro (tuna) and "salmon" (no, really, that is what they call it. Anyway, I found this neat little game to give you a brief idea. Here you have to make the sushi for the customers. Good luck!
